How to use it

The three-stage routine

On a lightly soiled car, Stages 1 and 3 are a complete routine. Add Stage 2 when the car needs a proper contact wash.

Stage 01 — Cannon 1

Pre-Wash Snow Foam

Loosens grit, salt and road film before you touch the paint. Dilute 50ml of Pre-Wash Snow Foam into 2 litres of water in Cannon 1. Pressurise, apply top to bottom, and dwell for 3–4 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. No contact required.

Stage 02 — Bucket · Optional

Ceramic Shampoo Heavily soiled cars

A contact wash for when the car needs more than a pre-wash. Add 25ml (2 capfuls) to 10 litres of water in a clean wash bucket and wash with a clean mitt. Skip this stage on lighter days.

Stage 03 — Cannon 2

Ceramic Snow Foam

Cleans while laying down SiO2 ceramic protection as you rinse. Dilute 50ml of Ceramic Snow Foam into 2 litres of water in Cannon 2. Pressurise, apply, and dwell for 3–4 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Protection builds with every wash.

Foam cannon

Operation

Each cannon is a manually pressurised, pump-action sprayer with a 2-litre capacity. It operates on hand-pumped air pressure only.

  1. Unscrew the pump head and fill with diluted product. Do not overfill.
  2. Refit the pump head securely and check all fittings are tight.
  3. Pump to pressurise. Do not exceed 15 full strokes. Stop if resistance increases sharply.
  4. Press the trigger to apply. Adjust the nozzle to control foam thickness.
  5. After use, release all pressure via the safety valve before unscrewing the head.
Before first use

Inspect both cannons. Check that the bottle, hose, pump and nozzle are free from damage and securely fitted. Do not use a cannon if any part appears damaged, deformed, cracked or altered.

Chemical & user safety
  • Wear suitable protective equipment where appropriate, including gloves and eye protection.
  • Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mouth. Rinse with water if contact occurs and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
  • Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
  • Use only Krieger+Wolff products in the cannons. Never mix chemicals unless the manufacturer specifically allows it.
  • Do not use solvents, fuels or corrosive substances.
Storage & temperature
  • Store indoors, away from frost, direct sunlight and extreme heat.
  • Recommended storage temperature: 5°C to 30°C.
  • Store cannons depressurised. Do not leave a cannon pressurised in storage.
  • Reseal all bottles after use.
Care & maintenance
  • Rinse each cannon with clean water after use to prevent product build-up.
  • Pump clean water through the nozzle until it runs clear.
  • Store with the pump head loosened to relieve seal pressure.
Prohibited use

For safety, do not:

  • Modify, block or interfere with the safety valve or any component.
  • Over-pressurise, or pump beyond the stated stroke limit.
  • Attempt repairs to the tank, hose, handle or connections. Replace a damaged cannon rather than repair it.
  • Use the cannons with incompatible, corrosive or aggressive chemicals.
  • Use the cannons for any purpose other than their intended use.
Important notice

Failure to follow the instructions, pressurisation limits and safety guidance in this manual may result in product damage, personal injury or loss of performance. Always operate the cannons within their designed limits.
