Delivery Times

We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please see the below chart for delivery times to the destinations we currently deliver to:

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees can be viewed in the cart (must specify delivery address) and in checkout.

The shipping address must be a physical address (not a PO box).

 

Damaged or Stolen Shipments

Once we deliver your order to the carrier, we are not responsible for damage to your order or replacing your order if stolen once delivered. Please contact the carrier to file an appropriate claim.

 

Gifts

No logo is on the shipping box; instead, the orders are shipped in a plain brown shipping box to avoid giving away the surprise.

A packing slip may be included inside the shipping box; however, the packing slip only includes a list of items in the shipping box without any prices.
